Vanity Program - Working out just to LOOK good

Anybody have a program. The size and strength gains will come and thats no big deal. But im more about just looking good (well and feeling good which I naturally do when I work out)

But I want to focus on getting a good looking build

www.nutricraze.net the first bodybuilding & health site that pays you for each post! (got a free container of whey, im proud!)

Agreed, diet is going to be of prime importance when it comes to obtaining a handsome physique. However, the training methods aren't going to be anything different from that of a bodybuilder.

Basically, train like a bodybuilder, but when you reach your desired level of size stop ingesting calories beyond maintenance level.

I'll stick my neck out and say diet is 95% of it. If your diet is perfect, your health and looks will follow. Most people if the diet is good enough get exercise during the day to prevail.
Man great diet and 20 min's of good cardio a day will do it along with just normal activities.

Note: I'm not talking about bodybuilders looking to achieve mass.

I agree with Tough. It's hands down the hardest part of any kind of lifting. I lift for strength, and if I just had my diet down pat, I can't imagine how quickly I'd be gaining.

Push yourself. Enjoy yourself. Be yourself.
