    Question Hows my Routine?

What do you think? I'm trying to put on mass. I was working out 6 days a week , but cut it down to this:
    Mon - Chest, Bi's
    Bench Press, Incline Press
    BB Curls, Alternate Curls
    Tues- Back, Tris
    Deadlifts, BentOver BB Rows, Chins
    ShullCrushers,
    Wed.- off
    Thurs.- Shoulders, Traps
Arnold Press, Military Press, Standing Lateral Raises
    Upright Rows, DB Shrugs
    Fri.- Legs
    Squats, Leg Press, Leg Curls
    Sat- off
    Sun.- off
    *Calves + Forearms 2x a week each
I try to keep it to a 10, 8, 6, 6 for everything, except forearms and calves.
Is this too much or too little?
    Thanks

How many sets are you doing for each exercise? Are you going to failure?

Im doing 3 or 4 sets per excercise and I try to go to failure, but sometimes i end up doing an extra set because my first set is usually too light because i never know how much weight to start off with. I hear that to put on mass it should only be between 6 - 10 reps per set and 2-3 sets.
