Because of the weight that i do., I never feel like I'm over training. In matter of fact wheni I"m done, i really feel that more should have been done. Maybe I should start loading more weight even though i have a tore left rotaor cuff.

I've done I think 37 reps for a single set of benches, and it was hell. Not just during the set, but for almost the next whole week. I dont remember what the weight was, but I was doing 29x225 at one point which is also hell.
