What do you guys think of my Routine?
Mon: Bicep/Back- 3 different excercises, for 3-4 sets each
Tues: Shoulders- 3 different excersices, for 3-4 sets each, Abs, Cardio
Wends: Legs, 4 different excersises 3-4 sets each, Forearms
Thurs: Chest/Tris- 3 or4 different excersices for 3-4 sets each, Cardio
Fri: Biceps/Shoulders, Light day, 1 excersie for biceps 3 sets, 2 excersises for shoulders 3 sets each, Abs
Sat: Off
Sun: Chest/Tris, Light day, 3 sets of push-ups to failure, incline bench 3 to 4 sets, Tris dips 4 sets, Cardio

my stats are as follows, im 23 years old, abou 170 lbs, I think, about 5'11, and have a good amount of experience lifting in my former years, but I just started lifting again about 6 months ago, and have made great gains. Currently I am cutting and have been for about 3-4 weeks now. As for specific excercises, it varys......
