    hi i have a question.
    i am about 6'0 or 6'1 and 18 years old but to the question i weight about 335 and was wondering how long would it generally take for me to lose weight and see a six pack?

    i execersie everyday and do 30 to 50 min on the treadmill a day.

    it august now so would it be possible by december or early january?

    also what are some good ab workouts and what do you think i could do to speed things up?

    What body fat % do you have? Cardio doesn't make you loose weight, a caloric defect does.

    eat healthy, and try to run everyday.

    Cardio will create a calorie deficit, that is unless you eat it all back on after your workout.

    I'm assuming you're carrying quite a bit of extra fat based on your weight. I don't think you can achieve a six pack via healthy weight loss in 5 months.

    I would say that you should start lifting weights too. Adding some muscle is going to speed up your resting metabolic rate and make you cardio workouts more effective in the end.

    Diet is going to be of utmost importance. Head over to the diet & nutrition section. Read away my friend.
