Anyone Ever use the New Treadclimbers???

For those who don't know they are a combo Treadmill/Stairmaster. I tried it the first time at my gym this morning and was impressed at the cardio workout it gave me. Supposedly you get 2x the workout.

    KILLER!!!

Had one at my old gym
used to do 1000ft 3-4 times a week

Absolutely crushing to do sprints on

The gym had a policy if you completed the height
of Mount Everest, (29,035ft) they gave you a t-shirt

    (I have seven)

They are a great workout! Good to see you're back training again... Hope you're making some good gains. I know I am. Gotta love muscle memory...

I like to buy one for home but they are about 6k. I may have to settle for the Bowflex model for home. My wife wants a treadmill for home but I think I may have talked her into one.

You should try the treadclimber. Its a eliptical/ Treadmill/ Stairclimber basically in one. I love it! Impact free!
