    question

    What is the most weight that can be lost in 5 months?

    i lift weights and treadmill everyday

    What is your body fat%


    5 months is about 21 weeks......2Lbs a week= 42 Lbs....or more.

    Estimate about 2 lbs a week. So you are looking at 40lbs. Unfortunately it will be tough and some of it will be water and muscle.

    That really depens on your bodyfat. Typically somewhere between 6% to 10% bf and you can see your abs.

    Usually they someone at your gym that can do it for you.
    If not you can always buy the calipers and have someone at home do it for you. Last option is a tanita scale. They are not that accurate, but it is a good measure for progress.

    One of my best friends had dropped 65lbs in about 7 months....something like that is realistic.

    One of my friends dropped from 240lbs to 180 in 4 months (at 5'8"). He knew exactly what he was doing diet wise though, he didn't do much cardio.

    i've been doing it for 5 months and lost 45 lbs so far! ... should have been more i think but i stalled out for a good month!! couldnt get back into gear for nothing!!

    At 5 months if you lost as much weight as you could possibly lose, you'd have a lot of loose skin left over.
