It has no differant effect on how the lat is stimulated when compaired to pulldowns/ups in the front.......its just old school and dangerous to the shoulders.
I kind of like them more than in front, I feel I can get a more controlled rep in... Input?

Pulldowns to the front isolate your upper lats better, thats why I'll never do and have never done behind the neckers
