It's pretty good, the training is double what you should do though. The routine is pretty good if you only work out each body part once a week instead of twice. The diet stuff is OK. It's got a lot of good movements you can use to change things up too.

Lets see, there is right, rite, write, and wright. English language very confusing, I know Arnold can't write he's not even an American citizen. Question is, just how the hell did he get to be Gov. of California.

Hes been a citizen since Sept. 16, 1983. Hes obviously better off than you. Dont be jelous, love thy self

Hes not doing a good job as Governor of California? Hes better than the guy he replaced if anything...

I read the whole thing a year ago, and I thought it was pretty good. It has just about everything you need to know in there. Defenitely something to pick up if you need to learn some new routines, new workout moves, and some eating habits, etc.

Excellent for reference for exercises, diet and stuff like that, however I think it's too high volume for me!!!

ditto...the pictues are nice but the training programs are not for those who are natural or new to resistance training
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
