    An interesting read. I guess that's all the more reason why speed training is such an integral part of the Westside training protocol.

    I definitely need to considering implementing some plyometrics into my exercise routine again. I'm not sure if it ever made a difference, but they are an interesting dynamic to add to any routine. Maybe some additional olympic lifting would be a good idea too.

    olympic lifts can be considered a type of plyometric.
