Pyramiding
Does anyone have any good pyramiding routines? Anyone tried one with success? Post em here plz

Bench press
1. 135 for 12 reps 2. 145 for 10 reps 3. 155 for 8 reps 4. 165 for 6 reps 5. 175 for 4 reps 6. 165 for 6 reps 7. 155 for 8 reps 8. 145 for 10 reps 9. 135 for 12 reps rest 1-3 minutes between sets just a quick example |

Foreman, should you go til exhaustion on each set?

Sounds interesting. I've seen people do this all the way down to one rep max.
