So if you dont normally do cardio...

...when you finally do, how much intensity do you actually do?

When I do the eliptical, I try to go until I have a hard time running out of breath. On the treadmill, I start at 3.0 or 3.3 then go up to 4+. The incline will almost always be above 5. Yeah, I know not much. But a little is better than nothing I guess....or does someone beg to differ?

Hey. I usually do about 40mins of cardio on the treadmill everyday. I walk @ 4mph for 3 mins, then run @ 6mph for 2 mins. I usually burn around 550 kal a workout. Having to switch up the speeds also makes the exercise a lot less boring IMO.

I usually do sprints, either on a flat plane (across a football field),
Or on a pretty steep uphill.
    Basically intervals.
