Suggestions needed for a proper training.

Hi All,
This is my first post to this forum.I'm 22 now and my weight-73.4Kg,Height-173Cm.I'm really interested in doing exercises.I did physical training for the last six months and just now I'm not continuing b'cos of my busy schedule.My problem is I'm not getting a proper routine to continue.Please suggest me a proper training schedule so i can gain a strong muscle in my body.
My chest muscles looking saggy and how to get a proper strong chest muscle with the exercises.

My current lifting split calls for me to lift 3 days one week and 2 days the next week. Check out my journal; there is a link in my signature.
