    supposed to feel the burn?

i can never seem to feel the burn or the pain after exercise apart from the upper chest and legs after squats, i keep fairly good form use 10,8,6,4 reps per exercise and do them intensely.my muscles start to give up and are unable to move the weight during the last reps of the sets but there is no pain neither the day after the exercise
    is anybodyelse in my position?

Don't worry about it. After you have been resistance training for a while, getting sore becomes harder and harder. However, using HIT style training I definitely get sore more frequently.

HIT is high intensity training. Its essentially one set to failure on several exercises. There is tons of info on it, just search.

Damn Mudge beat me to it.

Who are you to judge that fellow? Do you know what trials and tribulations he has had to go through in his life? Depression, tragedy, addiction, or many other factors could be to blame.

He obviously cares about his body, or he wouldn't have gone from a sedentary individual with terrible eating habits to someone who exercises nearly every day and eats much more reasonably.

Oh yeah, not to mention that you said what you did in a most dispicable manner possible, which was totally absent of constructivity.

You seem to be the one obsessed with gayness and dick sucking here(its all you talk about). Your feeble mindedness shines bright, arent you proud?
