Methods for getting out of a plateau.
I'm going nuts! My bench won't go up no matter how hard I try. I'm not really a body builder or anything, I just like being in shape. I'm not getting over my 200 pound max though. Does anyone know of any training tricks to get over plateaus?

I had to work on my shoulders and tri's to help get my bench up.
Using DB for a couple months also helped to get my BB bench up. |

Um, on my bench days I do regular bench, incline, military presses, and then I do whatever I feel like doing for my tri to hit all the areas.

See my thread on busting plateaus. If this doesn't work I've got other ideas.
