brilliant routine for getting the last bit of fat from your body or generally getting
i found that low intensity exercise to be a waste of time and very easy to skip due to boredom. the HIIT method of cardio is brilliant for burning calories during and after the exercise, it also helps to condition heart and lungs to up the intensity of weight lifting. i do HIIT for 30 minutes on my off days from the gym. i use HIIT training with lower calorie diet to get the last bit of reluctant fat off body, i had to increase my calorie intake by 200 calories to make sure i wasnt putting undue stress on my body!
HIIT cardio is great, but you aren't doing it properly. If you can last for 30 minutes, then you aren't reaching a high enough level of intensity during the peaks. The idea is to maintain a static amount of time (15-20 minutes), but increase your pace.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
