Lightbulb Toning Myself Up - Please Help!

Hey, im new to this forum and I joined because I need some help toning up my stomach. I am 19 and im male. I lost a lot of weight last year after I broke up with my girlfriend, so i used her as my motivation and lost 5 stone and went down from 16 stone to 11 stone. Im currently 11 and a half stone and happy with my weight. As im a medium build and 6ft 1inch in a little underweight but im happy with that. Anyways, when I lost the weight i did it by heavy dieting (no fat whatsoever and 1200-1600 kcals per day) and over an hour on my bike every day, followed by 30-60 minutes walking, 30-90 weight lifts and 100-150 sit ups. Anyway, after all the compliments came in I started to loose motivation and when I met a new girl it dented my motivation further. So, I really need to find the motivation to keep fit and healthy and I also need to tone up my stomach. My legs and arms are very skinny but my stomach is a little fat (which im not worried about) but when i bend over forwards or sit a certain way the skin appears loose and saggy. this is the only place on my body and it only appears below my ribs and just above my pubic hair. I've been doing 100+ sit ups every day for almost a year now but it doesnt seem to be working as much as i'd like it to.

To cut a long story short, I need some motivation and some exercises to tone up my stomach. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

okay, but because I've always made my exercise up as I go along, I dont know technical terms and I dont understand what you mean by ''weight training.'' what types of weights should I use? what kind of movements? how many reps? Sorry to be stupid but I really don't know much about conventional work-out.

Situps are a waist of time. I used to do over a thousand and not be fatigued at all, 100 situps a day isn't going to do much of anything in giving you a midsection to brag about.

When you bend forward, you are moving from a skin-stretched position to one where you are not. So I dont know what you expect. If you dont ever want to see skin folding over, then become a greyhound. At 6'1" I'd shoot for 135 pounds or so and you wont ever see that again, you want to make your skin as paper thin as possible.

Sure you might feel like crap and you wont hardly be eating a thing, but apparently thats what you are looking for. Breaking the laws of nature. Skin moves, and folds over, thats what it does. It has to be able to accomidate a stretched position and its going to fold when its not stretched. Take a T shirt and play around with it, thats what these "covers" do. Your skin, is just a cover. If you fold it, its going to fold!
