    How soon should you expect results

    Two weeks is enought to see some changes? more? how long?

    1-2 weeks for strength, 2 weeks or so for physical changes if you dont have too much covering it up. This assumes you half way know what you are doing.

    Initial strength gains come on really fast if you have never done any form of resistance training; I'm talking within your first couple of workouts. Mass gains can come on pretty quickly too if you're eating a lot. You could conceivably be gaining a pound of muscle per week for the first few months.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
