Well, if that is your pic then I would say your in decent shape and doing something right. I really dont know how much I like the training 3 times in one day even if they are different muscle groups...but you are giving yourself decent rest before hitting the same muscle group again so I dont think you are overtraining....also depends on how fast you recover...here is my routine though.

Mon: Chest and back
Tues: abs
Wed: legs
Thurs: Abs
Fri: Arms/shoulders/triceps/etc

You can throw in cardio about anywhere...if you want you can do abs on saturday also and take sunday as your rest day.

It depends on your goals and how intense your training is. If you go all out, it's probably going to eventually be too much for your CNS. If the workouts are fairly easy on you, it shouldn't be much of a problem, depending on you as an individual.

Overtraining. Your only allowing your body 3 days to recover from each workout.
If your going heavy enough and training with enough intensity to induce hypertrophy (myofribular not sarcoplasmic) 1 workout a week is all you'll need.

I try to avoid training more than 2 days consecutively as a natural lifter. You may want to consider an upper/lower split or something of the sort.

I state that as a rule of thumb, but I'm glad to hear you've found something that's working for you.

Ive been liking this split for a while:

Legs
Chest/lateral delt/tricep
back/rear delt
off
biceps/abs/calves
off

repeat

before this one i ran a 4 day split, same as above but without the last two days.
