Elbow pain.

I get a left elbow pain after working my triceps. Not immediately after, but I feel it a couple days later when I do shoulders and it really limits my shoulder workout. Does anyone know what it could be? .This is my tricep workout:

Skull crushers
Close grip bench
Dumbell Kick Back
Tricep Pull Downs

Most likely skull crushers. A lot of people have problems with that exercise. Take one exercise out next week; if the pain returns, put it back in and take out a different one, etc. until you find the weak link, so to speak. That seems like a whole lot of work for just the triceps IMO, but that's another subject and I'm no expert.

What could I do to replace skull crushers? It's such a good exercise.

Try weighted dips.

As far as the pain in your elbows is concerned, take a little more time warming up and it shouldn't be a problem.

I gave up on SCs b/c the exercise just wasn't worth the effort. The benefits do not outweigh the burdens.
