Caloric deficit: Expending more calories than you are consuming.

This is how you lose weight. With a caloric surplus, you put on weight.

What bf% are you? Without knowing this, it is difficult to help.

The V-cut, comes with the drop in bf...

I'll give him a serious response, I just need to know his bf%. If he's 312lbs @ 12%, he can obviously do it by may next year. If he's 312lbs @ 30%, obviously he can't.

You could get a body like that without working out, he has a low BF %, not a lot of muscle there really. Still I wish my BF was that low.

Sounds like you need to read up in the diet section. May 2006 could be obtainable with a strict diet change.

Don't pay attention to Psycho and Tough. They're just a couple of clowns.

You may want to check out the nutrition part of the forum as it will probably be more helpful than this section. Diet is the key to weight loss, and the hardest part for the vast majority of people. If you have an excellent diet, you basically can't be stopped from reaching weight goals.
