You need to reduce your body fat through diet and some cardio if you choose.
I wish it were possible to spot reduce but it isn't.![]()

Cardio, I've actually had this happen. My legs according to other people have always been big, and I can't wear straight legged pants. But since I've straightened out my diet, and done even more cardio, they have actually gotten smaller, while my strength has been increasing.
