    lower quades

    i was told front squats and thigh extensions build loweer quades,
    so should i just do them or normal squats to?

    Firstly: Quads. Secondly, there is much dispute over whether a certain part of one muscle can be targeted. I won't go into details here because, frankly, I don't know them and I don't care. Thirdly, doing ATG squats and deadlifts will build your quads just fine.

    Ass to grass. Just go as low as possible. Most people don't train that way because it's too hard; I don't think you should work out if you're not going to challenge yourself.

    so then ATG will build lower quades better than the other stuf?

    sissy squats & deep hack squats really hit the lower quads.

    read the sticky at the top about upper/lower chest isolation and apply that to your quads...
