I dont like it too close to a workout because it dehydrates me.

I don't know that coffee does anything, except make you peee. I drink about 10 - 15 cups a day, and get a headache if I don't. If you are not used to it, it will hype some people up.

I think its a poor choice both before/during/after a workout. B/c, yes, it dehyrates you and also b/c caffeine slows down protein synthesis

coffe contains caffiene so it increases your heart rate, blood pressuret, the entire CNS. It also increases the amount of insulin released. Yeah it can dehydrate you, but as long as you drink enough water to compensate, you'll be ok.

first you say 30lbs now its 40 all your posts sound like bs, normally i wouldn't say this to someone its not my style, but i see how you are constantly ridiculing others when you yourself have nothing worth while to say

Maybe its your ridilin thats giving you all that extra strength.

If caffeine really worked that well don't you think everyone would use it before a work out

I don't drink anything that's carbonated or contains caffeine, and I haven't for 2 years now.

If I'm low on energy coffee definately helps my workout intensity, easpecially if I throw some ephedrine in on top of it.

How do you know its the coffee? When someone first starts training, they will see large jumps in the weight they use.

I totally agree with you, this guy is always accusing others of the things he does. But what do you expect from someone that has to post when there next cycle begins. If you want to use juice fine, but there no need to post it on your sig.
Just use this board for what it was intended for and stop being so immature. At first before you put up your sig, I thought you were older hence the name "psycho dad" now i see your only 19 so your immaturity is explainable.
