I usually go parallel on these, should i lighten the load and go a little lower? i can only do 2 plates and a 25 on each side for a set of 10, so it is a weak leg lift of mine. How low should i go?

i do barbell squats also, for quads i do barbell back squats, hack squats, and leg press.
I started looking at results when I started using the full movement, parallel will not hit the muscle group completely.
If you do them ATG, you'll get a greater ROM and a much better workout. He who ATG squats 500 is much stronger than he who parallel squats 500.
