    Natural Bodybuilders

Ok, who here on the forum is a natural bodybuilder?
No protein shakes or any of that crap. Just regular food and workouts?

Why would drinking protein shakes exclude you from being natural? Natural means not taking AS. Protein is just food.
Whether you believe you can or believe you can't, you're right!

I know what you mean. I'm all natural. I do take little Flintstones vitamins though... I guess that excludes me.

forget protein shakes. do you eat any processed food? better cut that out too, because thats what protein shakes are, processed food, to be better and more potent.
wait i bet your cooking your food too. thats not natural. thats high tech food science right there

so im guessing you live on a farm and eat everything straight off the vine?

wait a minute, do you guys use pesticide's on your farm?..

Well then it still wouldn't be natural, technically, because you're using this forum as a resource... Just kidding.
