I need a good Chest Warmup

I need some help from you guys. I've been flat bench pressing (bb) the same weight 2 weeks in a row, on this coming 3rd week, I want that elusive 5th rep (the previous 2 weeks, i could only do 4 at the given weight). I know. I know. I promise, I'll switch it up soon and get some decline, dumbells, etc in there. but, i was really hoping to get that 5th rep this last week but failed. Believe it or not, I've lost sleep over this. Anyway, here's my question... how should i warmup without getting too tired but be ready for the all-out effort? I plan to do the press as my first exercise, and, I'll have a spotter but i want the 5th to be all me. I know there's an art to proper warmup, so, if you have some good advice, I'd like to hear it.

    thanks

    great nome bro

ok I do 225 for sets of 5x5
    warmup set 1 135 x 12
    warmup set 2 185 x 8
then I start my normal 5x5 sets

also you might try to change your reps ( i.e. do sets of 10 reps for the next 6-8 weeks) so your body dosent get usto just 5 reps.

You guys are going to lose. You might as well just cheer for me, because Boston isn’t winning in Boston for the season opener. I’m sorry. " - Gilbert Arenas
