I would skip the leg day if its still sore, ice it and see how it feels.
My knee's act up now and then if I do to much running and lifting a little break and a bit of ice normally does the trick.
Hey, the other day I was running and I messed up my right knee. I did a real good warm up stretch but some how after my run my knee was sore when i bent it. Im guessing its a tendon. Anyways I tried emulating a squat stance without wieghts to see if I could do it and there is a sharp pain in my knee. Should I not train my legs on friday or what does people suggest I do if it is still sore.

I wouldn't train if i was sore . You got to watch them joints . I'd see how it feels before attempting any further leg training .
Good things come to those who WEIGHT !

I hurt my knee about a month ago in spinning class of all places. It still bothers me a little, so I try to just take it easy.

I would avoid any exercise that causes you pain in that knee.
Thanks for the replies. It kind of sux though because my legs a my worst features in my opinion and now they are going to get worse. What a bummer.
