Sample 1:
Monday: Chest/Triceps Wed: Back/Biceps Friday: Shoulder/Legs Sample 2: Monday: Chest/Biceps Wed: Legs/Back Friday: Shoulders/Triceps Sample 3: Monday: Chest/Back Wed: Legs Friday: Shoulders/Arms Sample 4: Monday: Chest/Biceps Wen: Legs/Shoulders Friday: Back/Triceps Sample 5: Monday: Chest/Triceps/Shoulders Wed: Back/Biceps Friday: Legs Currently I'm sticking with Sample 1, and feel like trying either one of those other samples above for maybe 6-8 weeks. Any suggestions? ------------------ Work hard, play hard, and sleep well. [Edited 1 time by Skyliner on 08-26-2001 at 02:14 AM] |

i prefer the last one, which is a routine which has you do all pushing movements one day (and all muscles involved in), all pulling ones the next, and then legs by itself. reason being, that recovery is better, because you work your delt doing chest, your tric doing chest and delts, so some muscles will never really get a break.
