    Exercise Routine

I need to know a good, 4-day-split, routine.

The only equipment I have right now, for working out, are 2 dumbbells and a barbell(interchangeable weights on each).

I was doing to Monday, Tuesday, Friday (3 day full body) routine, but I want to try something new.

So what kind of split should I start out on?

    Thanks for the quick response.

I should be starting tomorrow, and I'll probably do 4-5 days of cardio as well.
