Try 4 sets 10 - 12 of pec fly's, I like these better than the pec deck. At each last rep per set, stop about half way down, and do around 10 - 12 short fast partial reps ( almost like a bounce), this really gives you a burn. I have recommended this to several people , all have had good results.

I do three sets of two reps. When I did them with DB benches I had good results, but I'm switching things up to BB bench to see if it'll be just as effective. I've never really felt anything with the BB so I'll see how it goes.

I believe you are supposed to stay north of 5 for size. I like going heavy when I can, just been a good long while though. I think the lowest I get down to is about 4 right now, and that was somewhat unexpected.

The key for size is to constantly change rep ranges week to week, and to increase caloric intake. Changing your rep scheme from 10-12, 8-10, 6-8, 4-6, and 2-3 reps will help trigger both strength and size, plus keep your workouts fresh. Doing the same amount of reps wo to wo will only cause your body to adapt, and progress slows or ceases completely.

Damn, take it easy on the guy he has a little typo mishap and you call him a jackass for what? P-funk, personally I thought you were supposed to be a "leader". Im not too sure of that now, I can almost bet you and I both could have overlooked the error. But with your remark, you have only made yourself out to be the real jackass.

If you want a big chest no matter what rep scheme you choose, learn how to F.L.E.X. your chest to squeeze the weight up instead of pushing it up using mostly delts.

    You's all do me understand?
