Is it better to do biceps before back or back before biceps if you do them both on the same day.

Do the most important/largest group of muscles first: back. You don't want to waste your energy with something like biceps when you could be using that energy for back.

Ideally you'd want to work back first however if you have lacking biceps you may consider doing your mass building bicep exercise first followed by back and close your workout out with a bicep finishing exercise or two...

Like the others said back first. However you can do exercises that hit both, like rows with an underhand grip, or chinups. Mix it up.
