    255 X 4 flat bench

the 1 rep max calculator says that equals 293 lbs. for 1 rep max.

pretty fucking good for a body weight of 180 lbs. if I do say so myself. Next time I do chest I will do a true 1 rep max.

Great job. that about 180 lbs more then I saw foremanrule do the other day at my house. I helped him get 140 lbs off his chest. I must admit he tried this after 47 quarts of beer made at 6% alcohol.

Very nice. I would be quite happy pushing numbers like that. Are you talking raw numbers?

When I watched a little boxing I saw a shorter guy with the same reach, 5'11"ish I think he was. I have considered getting more into that though, rather than chasing weight when I dont have time or desire to eat.

He was most likely referring to a lifting shirt or something else that helps add weight on without your having to earn it.

    thanks, btw.

I am trying to cut down to about 175-178, get those abs to show. If I can get 290 or 295 at a bodyweight of 175, that will be really impressive.

yes, it will! Hell, 285 at 182 is impressive. 100lbs over BW is nothing so shake a stick at.
