giving up weight training all together? Or just giving up training chest.

Are you on AAS? How did you get the gyno?

I've got mild gyno from childhood. I'm sure it's from being an obese child.

Why stop training? I find the bigger I get the less noticeable it is.

the gyno is only gonna get worse once you stop training. the point is even though you might not be ripped to shreds, you're still training so if you stop that, your body will look that much worse.

strength isn't a measure of hypertrophy. you can't say that you'll be big once your bench x amount or something like that.

Gyno doesn't grow unless there is still an estrogenic environment. So with the muscle growth the fat will become less noticeable, and as you lower your bodyfat you will lower your estrogen in the bloodstream.

    ^ What he said too!

I've just noticed as I get bigger it's become much less noticeable. Plus the eye is drawn to the overall mass versus one tiny area.

I would venture to guess that the condition will only worsten if you stop weight training...

its your trouble area bro. everybody has their own spot. it was probably the 1st place you put the fat on so it will be the last to come off. it will go away with time and discipline.

It will become less noticeable when you lower your BF%. There are three ways to do this: Lose fat, gain muscle, or a combination of the two. If you're gaining muscle, it'll eventually become so unnoticeable that you... well... won't notice. Keep in mind that the amount of weight you're pushing isn't always a good indicator of the size of the muscle. You may want to push your goals more towards size to gain some muscle and lower your BF% if that's what your goal is. After that's taken care of, you can work on strength training; chances are you won't lose much/any of that muscle you gained.

If you got the gyno from juice just start Tamoxifen 60mg day 1, 40mg following 4 days and 20mg for following two weeks.

    Should shrink the gyno

Otherwise if the gyno is a result from obesity go consult your doctor
