    Critique My Routine

    Hi, this is my current routine, just trying to gain some strength and build a little mass.

    Monday:Chest, Tris

    bench press: 6-8 X3 sets
    Incline db flies: 6-12 X3 sets
    Close grip bench: 6-10 X4 sets
    Cuban Press: 6-8 X3 sets

    Tuesday: off
    Wednesday:
    wide grip pullups: 3 sets of as many I can do.
    bent over rows: 6-12 X4 sets
    reverse bb curl: 8-12 X3 sets
    shoulder shrugs:6-10 X3 sets
    Thursday: off
    Friday:
    Millitary press:8-10 X3 sets
    Lateral raises:8-10 X3 sets
    Squat: 6-12 X4 sets
    calf work: 6-12 X3 sets
    Saturday: off
    Sunday: off

    Please someone rate my routine and help me out. Thanks in advance.

    the only thing you do for legs is squat for 4 sets?

    screw the smith machine. start doing a real leg workout. take your millitary press and put it with your chest workout and train your legs properly with real movements like squats, deadlifts, lunges and step ups.
