Here is my standard routine, I do P/RR/S, so, my rep ranges/cadences vary accordingly, but, this is my standard routine.
Db press 3 sets
Lateral raises 3 sets
Upright rows 2-3 sets
Incline bb front raise 2-3 sets
Single arm db front raise 0-1 sets
How does this look? I feel that my rear delts get hit enough during lat day, enough to not warrant me hitting them directly on delt day. I cant seem to get the form right for upright rows, and I realize this is probably too much volume, but, for some reason, thats how I like it... lol. My biggest issue, is that Im really not feeling enough DOMS, and I realize that you dont HAVE to be sore to grow, some days I DO feel some soreness...

Try adding some isometrics to the side delt lifts. On each rep hold the peak for about a 15 count, and lower slowly. You may have to cut you poundage a little to do this, it is grueling. Try a few sets like this, and see if you feel any difference.
99.9 % of the people i see at the gym have way larger front deltoids than rear. i have never done any front delt isolation moves and i never do shoulder presses at all. i do however do 6-8 sets of good isolations for my rear delts after my heavy back work, and on push day i make sure to do 6-8 sets of lateral raises.
I'll probably be right there with you. because of shoulder problems, all military and DB presses are going out the window. I'll just keep doing front, side lateral raises, upright rows and rear delt raises

Aquedan will solve all your problems. I got bad shoulders too, only 23 years old. Lifting without knowing when I was younger.
