    Swimming Turns...

    Does anyone know what the proper technique is (by the numbers)
    for performing a turn while swimming laps???

    Are there different turns for the various different strokes???

    If you know of any site where I can view video or illustrations
    that would be fantastic...

    I need guidance to be complete here people -
