    Stretch Marks on Growing areas

How many of you experience stretch marks as you gain mass and your physique starts to increase? It kinda bothers me since im Asian and they show up red and fade to white after a time.

O, and as well, i know ive asked like a billion times related things to fat burning, but from what i gather Cardio is the only way to burn the fat, and weight lifting is just to gain muscle mass?

yeah, I got them too, I guess everyone is pretty susceptible to them when they start working out seriously....if they really bother you, drug stores carry creams to lower the discoloration....

there is a misconception that doing massive amounts cardio will help you loose a ton of fat. it will help you loose weight but not just fat. the truth is that doing too much cardio will cut into your lean muscle mass. it will take too long for me to explain this process but trust me. By weight training, you will loose more body fat in the long run. the more muscles you carry the more calories you burn. if youre going to do cardio, i suggest you weight train first and then hit cardio, but no longer than 20-30 mins.

    all the best

Yeah, it's a part of lifting. Rub some vitamin E lotion on the area in question and make sure you drink a lot of water to insure that your skin is as elastic as it can be.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

Cocoa butter lotion helps with the stretch marks.
