thanks, I already do single arm rows but am trying to increase the weight by 5kgs a week for the last two weeks, I get an amazing pump afterwards.

The bb rows just using the top rom is a good idea i think i will try that next back / bi's day.

    Thanks for your help

I enjoyed yates rows. Basically, it's a bent row with a more upright stance (Like 45 degree angle to the floor) and a supinated grip.

Oldie but goodie. Lying barbell pull overs.

Lay flat on floor, barbell arms length behind head, lift to vertical , slowley return.

    Weight: you be the judge.

Heres one that is giving me great feeling, pump and doms lately. Raise a bench by standing it on some plates or blocks, high enough for you to perform lying db rows. I have been using a palms facing grip and feel its adding depth, not sure about width? Oh, and i have kept the bench flat. Suppose you could try a slight incline.

I have been using this exersize as i recover from a lower back strain and it always leaves me with the feeling that i worked my back real good. I have been using it in my p/rr/s training and partials at the end of a power workout are killers!

I used to do that, but if you go heavy on the wheight, it hurts your chest pretty bad. I still do them once in a few mos.
