HIIT is where you run your fastest for 30 sec then walk taking a chance for you to recover your breath then start up again! do only 4 fast intervals to begin with then increase by one every week. Only do this for about 30 min a session as it can impair muscle growth but it is far superior to low intensity cardio as in small amounts can be anabolic and it may end up burning more fat!

3 times a week, cover yourself in goats blood and run naked across the Tiger pens at your local zoo.

If you are doing it just to be healthy (which is a good idea btw) I wouldn't recommend doing hiit...I would do moderate intensity cardio 3x a week for 30 minutes. This is what the American Heart Association recommends for cardiovascular health, and I'm not sure hiit would cut it. I've got nothing against hiit, I do it myself...and I'm sure it's not BAD for you...

I just started my bulk and will go for a 45 min fast pace walk 5 days a week first thing out of bed.

My bulk will be very clean but upping calories 200 a day every month

I may have to do this twice a day to keep the fat off as I plan to bulk for the next 7 months. I'll go by measurements of the waist
