Hey Curse, Yes I would agree with you i thought my chest was lagging too.

It is a bodypart which i find hard to develop and i do work hard on it - just crap genetics for chest. Will try to focus on it more anyway.

Thanks

I think you biggest problem is your arms, you need to do more hammer curls and you better do a lot of them and your tri's, put on more size. to do this you don't need all those pretty exercises like bent-over-one-arm-side-dumbbel-kickback or any shit like that, just pres downs hard and heavy with small and wide grip and to add some nice detail add pulldown with one arm but with your hand turned around(the opposite of the press down or what you might call French press.)

Delts are tight, bro.

Keep hitting heavy, put on overall mass. Do you do much for traps? I have been amazed at how much "bigger" one looks when capped off with a huge set of traps that you can see from the front.

Do not mistake my kindness for weakness.

Thanks legion, shoulders grow easy for me.

I have recently started training traps twice a week and they have always been a strong point.

I have discovered that I have difficulty growing my calves and chest

Looking good. Nice definition, porportion is good . Chest needs to be bought up to scratch, same with triceps and arms. Delts and lats (in fact back in general look damn good). Keep going mate.

You need more overall mass. Dont worry about "trouble areas", you can prioritize them, but dont do anything really special.

Thumbs up must have missed this post

I agree with the others. You just need more mass; your symmetry is very good, you just lack overall size, which isn't a big problem. You'll get bigger for sure.

Keep up the good work man...when you return to training.

You have pretty good proportion for the most part. Your weakest part is probably your chest, but I think putting on more overall mass will even things out a bit in that respect.

I suggest giving decline presses a try. Many people neglect decline movements, but they are often good for those who have trouble fully developing their chest.

training legs is harder so it realeses more growth hormone naturally and any lagging body part will bring up the rest once trained becuase your body tries to stay in natural proportion.

for example: my chest used to be worse than it is now before i started back training. Started back training for the first time and my chest added some size.
