Torn Cartilage / Cardio
I have a torn cartilage in my knee and am going to have surgery on it next week. The Doc said I won't be able to run, jog, etc for about 6 weeks. What kind of cardio can I do in the meantime that doesn't require the use of my knee? Should I just make my workouts a little longer and more intense?
