Why the hell did my stomach explode?
Ive been working out for alittle over 6 months now and never really focused much on my abs. I was ok with this because my stomach while not ripped was pretty flat. Anyway I stopped working out for about 2 weeks and at on average about 2,000 calories a day. I go back to the gym yesterday and my stomach looks distungsting. What happened?
PS: In order to cut what percentage is cardio, diet, and higher reps? |

Diet is the most important factor to having visibale abs.
Higher reps does not cut bodyfat this is a myth. In what way does your stomach look disgusting? |

Maybe you are eating a lot of gassy foods, a good big FART will usually cure this.
