    Need a new workout

    I now train for kickboxing 2 days a week and was wanting to workout about 3 days a week i was wondering does any1 have a good 3 day split workout that i can use of improvise to my own specific needs. Right now i was thinking bout doin trunk one day legs the next adn arms and shoulders the last day if any1 has a better idea please tell me cause i want to continue lifting but i want to kickbox as well thanx

    total body 3 times a week (mon, wed, fri for example).

    should i focus on doing heavy weigth casue i would like to keep my thickness and should i do more speed weights and how many setes and reps would you recomend (i do kickboxin mon and wed nights for about 45-60 min each class.)

    So lift on tues, thurs, sat or similar. You would need to adjust volume and intensity accordingly to do full body. They are very hard.
