Here we go! Before and after for me...

obviously this is not the end of my journey.... only the beginning. However, I like to mark my progress.

I know this sounds like an award show, but I wouldnt have been able to do it without ironmagazine forums. When I first registered in april of 03 you guys were my jump start into body building knowledge if you will, and I cant thank you guys enough. As you can tell by my post count I have done alot more lurking/reading than posting... but ive been around here a while.

Here is me about 3 years ago.

I dont know how much I weighed but I was FAT...

This is me now at 265

If you wanna see me at 315 before I started cutting the pic is in my photo thing.

No idea... I dont really max anymore. If its not in the Power/Reprange/Shock regimen I dont do it!

Even though I have a long ways until that point, my goal is to eventually compete in a natural bb competition someday.

Thanks guys... and I was serious about IM being my life saver... the information that I get/got from this forum is invaluable.

Ive dropped a little muscle on my cut but not too much.

I dont plan on stopping until I see six pack!(which ive never seen on myself before)
