Question you might of heard this a million times on here but a friend of mine is....

you might of heard this a million times but a friend of mine is concerned about his chest he thinks he has gyno or somethin like that and he's too concerned about what people think of him is their anything he can do? i think it's mostly hormones and fat what do you thinkl should he try to lower his bf% or somethin?

How old is he? There are a lot of kids that get it going through puberty, and it never goes away. To get rid of it he would need to lower his bf% or there is always the surgery option.

What he said. It may go away as he breaks into his 20s, lowering his bodyfat, or he might be stuck with it.
