i'm doing a TKD right now, and work out
2x per week doing a full body workout like this: 2x legpress/ 1x stiffleg deadlift or leg curl/ 1x calf raise/ 2x bench press/ 2x bentover row or pulldown/ 1x military press or upright row/ 1x bicep curl/ 1x tricep extension/ 2x rope crunch or hanging knee raise do you think this is the right amount of training, since it only is about keeping the muscle you have ? i'm wondering if it's enough? is it true that if you train too much you can loose muscle on a ketogenic diet since you don't really give the body any carbs to recuperate as usual. |
