It happened before, lots of people get it. Just everytime I breathe I get a sharp pain. I just got it like 40 mins ago.

I wasn't complaining, I just got curious since this happens sometimes and it happens to other people that I know.

If I had to guess, you've pinched a nerve. As you inhale and exhale your expanding and contracting upper body is applying pressure somewhere that is triggering the pain you describe. It should pass in time I think. If it's still there tomorrow, see a doctor.

Either that or you've been abducted by aliens and the pain you're describing is from the cybornetic chip implant they put in your shoulder to track your whereabouts.

I'm not knocking you, I'm knocking the guy who said "don't complain"....pain is important...tells you something is wrong....I agree with the other guy who said go see a doctor....I don't even know how breathing and delts are related...and complain all you want....

I say do as momma always told me. If it hurts to do that, then don't do that anymore. You should just stop breathing. Guaranteed the pain will go away

It is not from lifting weights just would have affected me if I had to lift with that because I breath heavily during lifting.
