    Round Shoulders

My shoulders are lacking and I want a more rounded shoulder look overall.

My workout now consists of this:

    3x Standing overhead military press
    3x dumbell or arnold presses
    3x lateral raise
    3x front dumbell raise
3x crossed reverse cable (to hit rear delts)

    Is this overkill?

I was thinking of starting with Lateral raises to switch it up.
I'm 33 years old, 5'-10", and 169lb - I'm fairly lean and have an athletic shape. My goal is to cut down to 164lb in six weeks, w/o sacrificing muscle mass. HELP!!

About the same amount of exercises as i use, many will tell you that it is a bit over what is needed but this amount of training for shoulders helped me develop them! Also if you get your midsection sorted then it can make the shoulders look bigger.

    1 overhead press move
1 isolation for the lateral delts - ie lateral raises
1 post. exercise - i can personally only do face pulls.

3-4 sets of the OH press
3 sets for the rest of the stuff.

My shoulders are usually dead after the first three exercises.

To reiterate: My shoulders are dead after the first 3 exercises. I LOVE standing militray press...it beats the hell outta them

    I think I'll do

3x standing mil OR Dumbell press
    3x lat raise
    3x front raise
    3x rear delts
