I have had that same problem all of my life. I can eat a birds ration, and gain weight. But there is a cure WORK, WORK, WORK, WORK, and then WORK some-more. It's caused by a super slow metabolism, I like to call it a sleeping metabolism. But if you can get it awake it will do just the reverse, and you can't eat enough than. Unless you stop moving, then it will go back to sleep.
Running to burn 250 calories is not enough. I used to hike 20 miles a week, and fast ride my bike 20+ mph for 200 miles total in a week, about 4 50 mile trips. I did not have a weight problem at all, I could snack out on a whole chocolate cake with no reserves.
is this book any good? I have seen and heard about so many books that were an absolute waste of money. any feedback from anybody that actually has this book?
Ive got it and read it. it is a very easy to understand complete look at exercise diet and the way your body works. I downloaded it for free off of limewire. but if you have morals against that it is still worth the price.
